Homemade Iced Tea Recipe for On-the-Go (Jar or Bottle)

What if quitting soda was easier than you think?
For years, every afternoon was the same: a can of soda to "refresh" myself. And yes, it tasted good... until my energy crashed, my skin showed it, and my sugar cravings returned.
One day, looking for something to help me break free from that cycle, I tried something as simple as making my own iced tea. The result: fewer cravings, more energy, better skin... and 4 kilos less in 2 months.
It wasn't magic. It was habit. And today I'm sharing exactly how I do it (and how you can do it starting today).

Common mistakes when making iced tea (and how to avoid them)
-
It's bitter: You didn't steep it at the correct temperature or for the right amount of time. Don't exceed 10 minutes.
-
No flavor: You used too little tea or added too much water. Adjust and taste.
-
You get bored after 3 days: Vary the base tea or extras. Try with hibiscus, white tea, red fruits.
