Christmas festivities are getting closer every day. That's why we're bringing you recipes that will help you surprise your family and friends this holiday season. Do you want to discover how to prepare apples in a peppermint and eucalyptus infusion for a Christmas snack? Keep reading to find out more.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water.
- 1 lime
- 2 scoops of tangerine sorbet (to accompany)
- 2 peppermint pyramids (loose)
- 2 eucalyptus leaves
- 3 Granny Smith green apples
Preparation:
- Infuse the eucalyptus leaves in water, and when it starts to boil, remove it and add the peppermint pyramids (loose). While they are infusing, peel the apples and remove the cores. Once done, place them in the pot with the infusions, so that they also absorb the apple flavor.
- Cut the apples into half-moons, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice, and once you have done that, strain the infusion over the apples to soften and season them in this liquid.
By following these steps, our dessert will be ready to enjoy during one of your family gatherings. You can serve it at your preferred temperature. For decoration, I recommend serving it with a scoop of ice cream on the side to complement the flavors.
Now it's time to enjoy our super dessert and smash it this Christmas. Ready to get started?
