To prepare your delicious cookies, you'll need some utensils to make them amazing.
- Oven.
- Baking paper.
- Mixer.
- The decoration you want to put on your cookies.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C while we prepare the dough for our cookies.2. Use the mixer to combine the sugar, butter, and finally the vanilla until pale and creamy.
3. Add the flour and salt over the butter mixture and add our mint and strawberry red tea.
4. With clean hands, mix everything well to ensure the dough is uniform.
5. Once we have our dough, divide it into 2 to make rolls with a diameter of 5-6 cm. Let them chill for about 35 minutes.
6. After 35 minutes, remove them from the refrigerator. Flatten them as best as possible. Roll them on a flat surface and place them back in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.
7. Once the chilling time is over, take them out and cut 1 cm rounds with a knife. Place them on the baking tray, and if you want to add decorations, do so now. Once ready, put them in the oven for about 10-11 minutes.
8. Finally, let them cool before removing them from the tray and placing them on a plate to eat.
Once you have all this ready, you'll have your delicious cookies to enjoy.
